PROGETTI DI MOBILITA’ DI BREVE DURATA SETTORE EDUCAZIONE DEGLI ADULTI
SHORT-TERM MOBILITY PROJECTS IN ADULT EDUCATION

Project title: Training as a lever for restart
Project duration: Jan 2022 - June 2023
Project evaluation: 80/100

The project arises from the need to react to the Covid19 effects, which had repercussions on employment levels, created new levels of poverty, changed the ways of social interaction and traditional working paradigms. Even training must adapt to the changes taking place and must be able to contribute with contents, tools, ideas to recreate opportunities for relaunch and development. In this direction, We Do Fablab intends to innovate its training courses, starting with its trainers. And it intends to do so by learning from best practices through periods of exchange and job shadowing at the most avant-garde European realities, during which trainers will have the opportunity to observe and experience in the field the other training and updating methods and what positioning and strategies they are putting in place.

The objective that the project aims to achieve is to learn, through direct observation in the field and experiences of job shadowing, methods and tools with which other European realities are giving new leap to training in order to counter the pandemic effects and recreate relaunch and development opportunities. Experience in the field in the most avant-garde realities is considered of vital importance, to learn "how to do better", to design increasingly homogeneous courses and, therefore, in perspective, that can also be spent beyond national borders. Furthermore, the idea is to contribute to the creation of opportunities by also laying the foundations for lasting and sustainable development over time. In addition to the technical content of the training, the trainers must be able to stimulate motivation and resilience in the learners, to provide useful tools to react constructively in the face of periods of difficulty and crisis.
